- A) so that you may download the Pocket Fair application free of charge as well as other content (catalogues) at no charge or subject to payment. N.B.: The platform saves a profile of operations conducted by each user (download, choice of catalogues, etc.);
- B) so that we may send you via e-mail/text messages/fax:
- • BolognaFiere Group newsletters
- • notices regarding updates of the Pocket Fair application;
- C) so that we may send you, via e-mail/text messages/fax, commercial information from third parties/partners of the BolognaFiere Group.
Provision of your data is optional; nevertheless, without such data for the purposes referred to at point A) you will not be able to download software and catalogues; without such data for the purposes referred to at points B) and C ) it will be impossible to improve the service and you might not be informed of the new opportunities offered by BolognaFiere Group and by such third parties.
Your specific consent at the foot of this form is required for each of the purposes referred to at letters A), B) and C) above.
The data controller is BolognaFiere S.p.A., with registered office at Viale della Fiera no. 20, Bologna, Italy, in co-ownership with some affiliated companies. For such purposes, your data may be processed in Italy and abroad by the Data Controllers and Data Processors of specifically identified Administrative, Sales, and Marketing sectors.
